Local Delivery or Pickup
Local delivery or pickup is not available at this time unless shown as an option at checkout.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipping method, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address before the order has been shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
We are not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered but missing.
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.
