Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want your order to arrive safely and as expected.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Approved by us before being sent back

To start a return, please contact us at squishynook@gmail.com with your order number and a short reason for the return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For quality and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used squishies
  • Mystery boxes
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at squishynook@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A photo of the packaging
  • An unboxing video, if available

To help us review damaged or missing item claims, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Customers are responsible for any extra shipping costs caused by incorrect addresses, refused packages, or unclaimed deliveries.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different item, you can return the original item if eligible and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can only cancel orders before they have been packed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Handmade Squishies

Some squishies may be handmade. Small differences in colour, texture, shape, size, or finish can happen between handmade pieces.

These small variations are normal and are not considered defects.

If there is a major issue with your handmade squishy, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
